This trailer with over $30,000 worth of materials was sitting at the back of a building over the weekend waiting for the final day of the roof to be installed on Monday. Monday morning when the crew showed up to finish the roof, there was a broken lock lying on the ground and the trailer was missing. On reviewing the security camera footage, an old white Chevy pickup had come in around 6:00 am on July 4th which was a Sunday, and taken everything. This is a big deal as we are a small family-owned roofing company and this sets us way back. It was bad enough that we considered just quitting the business, but so far we’ve managed to keep going. We are a small family-owned roofing business and rely on this trailer and materials for making a living. Any help or tips on finding it would be much appreciated. The trailer is a 20′ flatbed bumper pull PJ Deckover trailer with a hydraulic dump and an orange winch mounted at the front of the dump flatbed.
Orange Wich on front of the bed had a steel guide custom welded to the winch plate to guide the synthetic cable.
