TJ & Patti Leyendecker signed a loan agreement with Dan
& Nina Ahlberg to purchase their 5th wheel for the sum of $15,000.00
on May 21, 2011. The loan agreement
was for them to pay the sum of $15,000.00 on or before June 1, 2016. They were allowed to take the trailer, but
my parents retained the title, until such time as the money was
received. The Leyendeckers never paid
a dime to my parents, who were in their mid 80’s. I went to their consignment shop in
Huntsville on June 8, 2013 and asked why they hadn’t paid my dad. My Mother had died. I received a sad sob story, but they never
paid my parents, and lived in the trailer.
Now they have evidently moved to another state. Bottom line is they lived in it for 5
years, and paid my parents nothing! I
consider that stealing. People need to
know that these people can’t be trusted!
I am trying to figure out what legal action I can take against
them. TJ had a mobile repair business
and he fixed items on their trailer numerous times. I wonder how many more people they ripped
off.
