This is a precious vintage lens originally used for Pentax films cameras, like the K-1000. I used the lens for both digital and sometimes film. It is a fast 1.4 lens that is now popular with digital camera users, if an adapter is used. On the day that my lens disappeared, I was serving as a volunteer for a nonprofit organization that wanted pictures of the SUV which they entered into the Seattle Pride Parade as it rolled along 4th Ave in Seattle. My lens was last verified in the possession of an individual identified as a staff person wearing a Hugs T-shirt for the company that provided security for the Seattle Pride Parade. The event security company has since denied knowing what happened to the lens. I searched endlessly, followed all leads. I held blind trust, through my searching, that the lens would be returned to me, before accepting that it was stolen.
