UPDATE 2/12/2022. A call came into Stolen 911 from our social media promotion regarding this stolen Delica. The tipster saw the Mitsubishi at a homeless camp in Oakland. Private Investigator Marc Hinch then located the van at the camp. The owner arrived on scene and OPD quickly made a recovery and arrest. More to come on our YouTube Channel. Stolen on 2/4/2022 from the apartment parking garage during the night. This was originally a Japanese market van. The VIN is not 17 digits. It was imported in 2019 and purchased in 2020. This is a very unique camping vehicle, with personal modifications made to get it ready for this upcoming season.

Was this vehicle targeted because it is so specialized or will it just end up in a homeless camp?
