We were 5 feet or so from our car when a light skinned black male with perscription glasses jumped in and stole it. My phone was also inside. He almost ran one of us over refusing to stop. He drove on Lane Ave. South across Wilson bld. continuing on Lane. I require many doctors visits yet still work. This car was my lifeine and all I had. Please help if you can. The car has a slight dent and black marks where a young girl hit me on the passangers front side. The car has the black ruber which the thief may have removed.
