The call came into Hinch Investigations on Saturday morning, August 24th. After months of no leads, a tip came in that our stolen classic was parked at a shady residence on Ohio Ave in E St Louis, IL. (See the map location). One of our partner private investigators worked the phones all day to finally get a cop who helped make a recovery. The suspect was in prison at the time and is facing murder charges. A satellite view of the address shows our yellow and black Cutlass parked in the driveway.

Freeburg, IL – The hunt is on for a classic car with deep family ties. A 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Rallye 350, lovingly cared for by a retired Air Force Veteran and cherished for three generations, vanished from Freeburg Old Mill Storage on April 26th, 2024. That’s right, a piece of automotive history has gone missing, and Hinch Investigations is putting out the call for information.

But Here’s the Plot Twist: This classic vanished without a trace from Freeburg Old Mill Storage. A police report has been filed (case number 24-000550 at the Freeburg Police Department), and the owner is offering a reward for its safe return.
