INGLEWOOD, CA – A black 1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS was stolen overnight from a residential driveway in the 600 block of South Osage Avenue in Inglewood, California.
The vehicle was last seen on the evening of January 16, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM, and was discovered missing during the early morning hours of January 17, 2026. Police records list the incident time as approximately 1:22 AM on January 17.
According to the report, the Monte Carlo SS had been delivered to the residence earlier that afternoon from a repair facility, and was parked in the driveway at the time of the theft. The owner retains possession of the keys. There were no witnesses and no surveillance footage reported at the location.
The theft is being investigated by the Inglewood Police Department under case number 26-2981. This investigation has also been assigned 6-0027.
