Stolen 2021 Lamborghini Urus
REWARD
VAN NUYS, CA – A 2021 Lamborghini Urus was stolen on January 31, 2025, in Van Nuys, highlighting a growing trend of luxury vehicle thefts in the San Fernando Valley.
The vehicle was set to be transported by an auto shipping company, which turned out to be fraudulent. The fake company hired a legitimate local transporter to pick up the Lamborghini, directing them to drop it off at an address on the 6500 block of Odessa Avenue in Van Nuys.

The unsuspecting transporter followed instructions and delivered the vehicle as requested. However, before completing the job, they took several photos, including one of the individual receiving the car. The recipient appeared to deliberately cover his face as the photo was taken.
This incident is part of a larger pattern of exotic and luxury car thefts carried out using similar fraudulent schemes. The San Fernando Valley has become a hotspot for such crimes, with hundreds of high-end vehicles stolen through fake transport operations in recent years. Authorities continue to investigate these cases in an effort to curb the growing trend.
