Fairfield, CA – Authorities are investigating the theft of a restored 1970 GMC C1500 pickup truck that Reportedly disappeared from a residential driveway in Fairfield back in November.

According to the report, the truck was last seen on November 4, 2025 at approximately 5:00 p.m. and was discovered missing the next morning, November 5, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m.
The vehicle was reported stolen from a residence in the 4400 block of Olive Avenue in Fairfield. The truck had been parked in the driveway for approximately two days prior to the theft. It is normally stored in a barn but was left outside during that period. The owner confirmed the vehicle was locked and that he retains the only set of keys.
The theft was reported to the Solano County Sheriff’s Office under case number 25-03873.

Because of its restored condition and distinctive appearance, investigators believe the truck would stand out if offered for sale, transported out of the area, or displayed at local car events. Since the theft, it’s possible the vehicle has been repainted or modified, and identifying numbers or plates may have been swapped.
