Jamestown, CA – Authorities and investigators are searching for a fully restored 1971 Chevrolet K10 pickup truck that was reported stolen from a detached garage on a rural property in Jamestown, California. The theft is believed to have occurred on Saturday, July 6, 2025, and was discovered the following day.

The orange, four-wheel-drive Chevy K10 was secured inside a detached garage on the owner’s property when it was taken. The theft was reported to the Sonora Area California Highway Patrol under case number S054-425-25.

The vehicle bears California license plate 5V69103 and VIN KE141Z623957. It features several custom upgrades that make it easily identifiable:

  • Fresh orange paint on a fully restored body
