I am seeking information regarding a stolen Canon Power Shot G7X III camera. The theft occurred on September 20, 2026, during travel from Denver, Colorado, to New York’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA). The camera, housed in a brown silicone case (which may have been removed), was attached to the outside of the owner’s personal bag and placed in an overhead bin during the flight. Upon landing, the strap was found hanging outside the bag, but the camera and case were missing. The theft was discovered shortly after leaving the airport.

The camera is black and bears Serial #822060000853. A formal police report has been filed with the Port Authority Police at LaGuardia Airport under case #26A-225773. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of this camera, or who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the overhead bins during this flight, is urged to submit a tip immediately.
