LOS ANGELES, CA – Information is being sought regarding the theft of a highly customized classic show car, which was stolen from the 1600 block of West 55th Street in Los Angeles on the evening of December 7, 2025.

The stolen vehicle is a 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS. It is heavily customized and highly recognizable due to its show-quality green paint with hand-painted graphics, adjustable hydraulic suspension, and a sunroof.

Circumstances of the Theft

On the evening of December 7, 2025, the driver parked the vehicle near an alleyway outside a residence while visiting a family friend. Between 6:45 PM and 7:00 PM, the driver heard the engine start and the vehicle being driven away. A witness in a nearby silver Honda Civic confirmed seeing an unidentified individual enter the Impala and flee the scene.

The incident has been officially reported to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) 77th Division under case number 252-30034.
